Q. How long does delivery take?
A. We ship worldwide and ensure all products are delivered to your door at the earliest opportunity whilst working to retain a low carbon footprint with our operations. We believe good things are worth waiting for and where possible we work to ship via Cargo Ships as opposed to Air Mail. This can result in a delayed shipping process but we strive to deliver products to your door within 30 days.
Q. Are your products actually organic?
A. We ensure all our products are sourced organically and/or recycled or offer a more sustainable alternative, we genuinely care about the environment as we do our bit today to make it a better tomorrow.
Q. What if my item arrives damaged?
A. We would hope that you never receive a damaged item! However, in the case it does please contact us right away. We advise you inspect your items upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
Q. How long does it take to process a refund?
A. We will refund you as soon we can, we will notify you after we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too, but we will aim to do this as soon as possible for you!
Q. Would you be able to stock a new item in for me?
A. If you have an idea of a new item that you'd like us to stock, we'll be more than happy to take a look through our suppliers and check if this is possible, just drop us an email to email@example.com with the item name and we can check for you!
